Any service worth less than INR 5000 per service for educators or any service with a period of fewer than 30 days will be exempt from any kind of refund.
3A. For students: To request a refund, students need to log in to their dashboard, go to the “Mentor” tab, and select the subscription they wish to cancel.
3B. Educators can cancel their subscriptions by logging in to their dashboard, going to the “My Account” section, and cancelling their subscriptions. Refunds will only be processed if they meet the conditions mentioned above.
